Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing or using any game or application published by NorthStar Studioz (each an “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Who we are

Apps are developed and maintained by NorthStar Studioz, an independent studio founded and run by Vikas Sahani in India (“we”, “us”). Apps are distributed through the Meta Horizon Store and other official channels.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use an App for personal, non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute or commercially exploit the App or its assets, except where the law allows it.

4. Safety in VR and mixed reality

Before playing, clear your play space of obstacles, pets and hazards. Our experiences are designed for stationary play, but you remain responsible for your surroundings and for taking breaks. Follow the health and safety guidance supplied with your headset.

5. Purchases

Purchases of Apps and any optional in-app content are processed by the platform you bought from, such as Meta Platforms, Inc. Billing and refunds follow that platform’s policies.

6. Intellectual property

The Apps, including their code, artwork, audio and the NorthStar Studioz name and logo, are owned by NorthStar Studioz and Vikas Sahani.

7. Disclaimer

Apps are provided “as is”, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
